To clarify, our printing process is automated to allow for faster turnaround, which means orders typically move through production without manual review unless design help is specifically requested when ordering. We offer online design tips, access to design services, and the option to reach out to our customer care team for guidance before placing your order. For this pen, the print area is approximately 0.6 cm high by 5.08 cm wide, so smaller text or detailed logos may not reproduce clearly. We recommend maximizing your design within that space by using high-resolution images, simplified layouts, and bold, legible text. A PDF proof option is available before checkout to help preview how your final product will appear. We appreciate your feedback and would be happy to help revise your design and arrange a courtesy replacement.
