Shipping Boxes Printing No So Great

The boxes I ordered (12. 5 x 17 x 6. 5 cm) were the perfect size for my product. However, printing quality wasn't very good. I ordered custom printed shipping boxes with company logo on top and 4 sides. Visually, the logos seemed washed-out. Almost every side logo was out of alignment vertically. The top central logo was off significantly from centre, which left a pretty unattractive look. I checked their alignment both in Illustrator and in the product preview before signing off, and the logos were all correctly aligned. Lack of print quality definitely will keep me from ordering large batches.

Our custom mailing boxes are perfect for delivering your products or promotional items to your customers. The 1.5mm E-Flute cardboard material is durable enough to be sent on its own – so you won’t need an outer box to protect your package. Plus, the exterior printing ensures that your branding is front and centre.

E-Flute is very thin (1.5 mm) corrugated cardboard. It’s easy to fold and is excellent for printing. It’s a good option for shipments because of its sturdiness. However, we don’t recommend using our mailing boxes for excessively large or heavy items.

This depends on your order and the delivery speed that you choose.

Not at this time, because brown E-flute cardboard has a natural brown tone that could make white elements look muted or subdued.

If you want to use white elements in your design, we recommend choosing the white E-flute option.

The first box from your order will include a QR code for logistics purposes. But don’t worry, the QR code is printed on an inner flap that folds into the box, so it won’t show when you assemble your box.
