We are truly sorry to hear that your items arrived with blurry print and cut-off details at the bottom, as we always want your designs to come out looking sharp and complete. Upon checking your order details, we can confirm that the uploaded design file was of extremely low resolution. The details were already significantly distorted and illegible within the design studio and digital preview prior to printing. Because we utilize an automated printing process, our production machines replicate the uploaded file exactly as it is submitted. When a low-resolution file is used, it unfortunately results in a blurry or pixelated physical print. We want to help you fix this and get a much better result. Could you please respond directly to this email and share a higher-quality version of your design? To ensure the best possible print, please make sure the file is saved in a high resolution, that all text elements are set to at least an 8pt font size for legibility, and that all critical details are kept well within the safety margins to avoid being cut off during production. Once we receive your reply with the updated artwork, we will review it and work with you to find a suitable resolution. We look forward to hearing from you.
