They come in three different shapes and sizes so you can choose the option that works best for your needs. For extra visibility, you can even opt for 2-sided printing. Our custom flags also include a pole, carry bag and a ground spike with every order – so you’ll have everything you need to set up and stand out. We also offer accessory add-ons to help you mount your flags onto walls, in sand and other surfaces.

Yes, you will receive the flag, pole, ground spike and carry case.
This option comes with the fabric flag, pole, ground spike and carry bag. If you would like a different base you can select this before you checkout. We also offer a fabric-only option which does not include the pole, base, and carry bag.
Yes! You can choose between single or double-sided flag printing options. Single-sided flags are more translucent, which lets the flag design and sunlight shine through while our more opaque, double-sided flags offer richer colour saturation.
When you choose our “flag set” option, you’ll receive a black pole that is 0.5” wide. The fibreglass pole arrives in sections, with a bungee to connect them. It also has a plastic hook that is used to secure the flag to the pole and you can adjust the hook to increase or decrease the flag tension. If you choose our “flag fabric only” option, a flag pole is not included with your order.
Our promotional flags are printed using dye sublimation on translucent polyester. The resulting banners are slightly sheer which lets the design show through to be visible on both sides.
Yes! We recommend washing your custom flags with cold water and letting them air dry.
Yes. Our flags are fireproof.
Some of our products are more difficult and expensive for our couriers to ship to you. As a result, your custom flags will incur an additional delivery fee of $14.99 ex.GST.
This bulky fee is charged in addition to the Standard delivery fee if your order is under $75.
If your order qualifies for Free Standard delivery, you will only be charged the $14.99 bulky fee.
Don’t worry, it won’t be charged more than once if your order contains multiple large items.
