With our 3D design studio, you can turn your logo or image into a custom design for your shipping boxes. Browse our gallery of custom templates or upload your image file. Remember to remove the die lines from your uploaded image, otherwise they will be printed along with your design. The 3D experience helps you view your creation at any angle and make updates in real time. Pro tip: for a more vibrant print, we recommend designs with darker tones or colours.
No, your box will arrive packed flat. We will also include double-sided tape to help with the assembling.
Here are the steps you can follow when assembling your box for the first time:
- Lay the box flat on a clean, flat surface. Make sure that all the creases and folds are visible.
- Fold in the short flaps on either side of the box.
- Next, fold in the longer flaps. These are typically the front and back of the box.
- Tuck the side flaps into the box. This will provide structural support and maintain the box’s shape.
- Use double-sided tape to secure the bottom flaps.
We recommend using Custom Water-Activated Packaging Tape to showcase your brand and preserve your design the best. When packing, overlap the tape and make sure the tape stretches several centimetres down either side of the box.

E-Flute is a very thin corrugated cardboard. It’s very easy to fold and is excellent for printing. For our shipping boxes, we use 1.8 mm E-Flute cardboard – in your choice of white or brown colour.
