Ongoing carrier delays
Our shipping partners have let us know they’re experiencing delays, which may impact the delivery of your order.

We’re working hard to get you your VistaPrint products as soon as possible and are sorry if your delivery is affected by a carrier delay.

We’ve factored in these delays when estimating your delivery date at checkout, but some items may arrive earlier or later than expected. We’ll do our best to keep you posted along the way and you can check your order status at any time by clicking “Order History & Reorder” on your “My Account” page.

Holiday and New Year's Closures:
Some of our printing and production facilities will be closed over the Christmas and New Year's break. As a result, a small selection of our products might not ship until the new year. Don’t worry, we’ve factored in these closures when estimating your delivery date at checkout and your order should arrive on time. See below for our affected products:

Holiday Cards with Gold Foil, Soft Touch Business Cards, Roll Labels, Stickers, Flags, Car Door Decals, Car Window Decals, Floor Decals:
Orders placed after the 23rd of December will be shipped after the 10th of January. Please check your estimated delivery date at checkout for full details.

Tablecloths, Paper Cups and Packaging (Promotional Boxes, Pillow Boxes):
Orders placed after the 23rd of December will be shipped after the 12th of January. Please check your estimated delivery date at checkout for full details.

Canvas Prints unavailable for Christmas
We’re currently experiencing an unprecedented demand for our Canvas Prints and can unfortunately no longer guarantee delivery by Christmas. Any orders placed from 9 December 2021, will arrive in early January.

We’re sorry for any inconvenience caused.

We’ve factored in these delays when estimating your delivery date at checkout and you can always check your order status by clicking “Order History & Reorder” on your “My Account” page.

*Note: due to Covid-19 restrictions, Fast Track delivery option is temporarily unavailable. We apologise for any inconvenience. *

Certain orders may be subject to import duties, taxes and additional fees from the carrier or the country customers. These costs are the responsibility of the customer. Orders over NZ$400 collectively, may be subject to customs fees and may be held by customs authorities until payment is made.

During checkout for every order, we'll show you an expected delivery time for each of your products - and we’ll let you know if some items need to be delivered in separate packages.

*Delivery times for orders made after 10pm NZT will be calculated from the next business day. Some products have different delivery options and delivery times – see “Exceptions” for a list.


Product exceptions

Some products will take a little longer to produce and ship. Most, but not all, of these are listed here:

  • Stubby Holders: 10 business days
  • Canvas Prints: Due to unprecedented demand, we can no longer guarantee delivery in time for Christmas. Orders placed from 9 December 2021 will arrive in early January.

Frequently asked questions

Q: Do I get tracking info? Where can I find it?
A: Once your order ships, we’ll send you a shipment confirmation email that includes the delivery method, estimated arrival date and other tracking details (if available). You can also go to your order history to look up tracking info.

Q: Which carriers do you use?
A: We use NZ Post to deliver items in your order that we print in our Australian facility in Victoria. Products not printed in Australia are delivered using a variety of international carriers.

Q: Do you offer expedited delivery?
A: We offer up to 4-business-day delivery on orders placed before 6pm NZST. Some exceptions do apply; certain products can't be rushed.

Q: Do your delivery speeds include production time?
A: Yes, always! Our listed speeds include both the time it takes to print your order and deliver it to you.

Q: Are your delivery times guaranteed?
A: When you add an item to your cart, you’ll be asked to choose a shipping speed. After that, we’ll show you the promised arrival date for your item – and we stand by that. Obviously, bad weather and carrier delays can happen, but if your order doesn’t get there on time, you’re not satisfied – and neither are we. Contact us and we’ll make it right.

Q: Can I arrange for my own delivery provider / courier to deliver my order?
A: We’re sorry, but because of our production process, we can’t accommodate special delivery requests.
