Yes, you can upload up to 3 photos on each side of the mug to create a collage. You can also add custom text or monograms to your mug.
When you start designing your personalised mug, you'll be able to choose between 2-sided, wraparound or large wraparound printing. With 2-sided mugs, you can add two separate images, special messages or a combination of both. Wraparound mugs use one single design or text that is printed around the entire mug. If you want the most space for your design, opt for large wraparound printing.
You can add your favourite photos or phrases to your designs to create one-of-a-kind gifts. For business purposes, you can turn our personalised mugs into customised merch that features your brand logo, business details and any other important information. They’re perfect for giveaways, events and promotions.
This depends on your order and the delivery you choose. Some large products and large quantities of select products are more difficult for our carriers to ship to you.

Yes. You can create a matching mug design for your team or family members, and then personalise each one with individual details. Here’s how:
In our studio, select the Names button on the leftmost side.
Then, select the details you want to include, like their name, role or unique element. For the best results, please keep these three things in mind:
- Make sure to position the Name field where you want the names to appear on the final design.
- Please note that the default font colour is white. If your mug is white or if you prefer another font colour, make sure to change the colour in this step.
- Once you complete your design and click “Next”, you’ll get a prompt to add your group’s details.
- Just complete the form, and we’ll automatically apply the inputs to each design. This will let you create mugs that have a matching look, yet are still personalised for each of your team members.
With large wraparound printing, your design will go all the way to the top and bottom rim of the mug, without visible margins. It’s great for showcasing your image across a larger area.
