How do I upload my image?

In the uploads tab in the studio, you can upload images from your device or from your phone. Images you upload to one product are saved in your uploads folder and can be reused on another design.

Open your design

Open the product you want to edit in the design studio.

Select the uploads tab

Select the Uploads tab from the menu.

If the template contains an image placeholder, you can also select the placeholder and select Replace to replace it with your image. Placeholders are displayed as a grey box or as a stock image.

Select ‘Upload from this device’ or ‘Upload from phone’

You can upload images from the device you are using to design or choose ‘Upload from phone’ to add images from your mobile device.

If you choose to upload from your phone, we'll generate a temporary QR code for the upload. Scan it to upload images directly to the design studio.

Drag and drop the image onto your design

Once your image is uploaded, select it from the uploaded images to add it to your design. You can also drag and drop the image from the uploaded images to the spot in the design where you want to place it.
