- Inappropriate Content: Orders containing explicit, offensive or inappropriate images or text that violate our guidelines will not be processed.
- Copyright Violations: If your design includes copyrighted material without proper authorisation, we are unable to proceed with your order.
- Terms of Use Violation: Orders with content that violates our Terms of Use.
- Out of Stock: The items you ordered may have become unavailable after your order was placed.

How to get more information about your order cancellation
If your order has been cancelled unexpectedly, we will notify you via email as soon as possible so you can make any necessary changes. You can also access more detailed information about your cancelled order by following these steps:
- Sign in to your account: Go to the VistaPrint website and log in to your account.
- Go to your order history: Click on My Account in the top right corner and select Order History & Reorder from the drop-down menu.
- Locate the cancelled order: Find the cancelled order in your order history.
- View the cancellation reason: You will see an information icon next to the order status. Click on the information icon to view the specific reason for the cancellation.
