My only issue that I want the ability to customise graphics outside of the 'box' shape - to change the shape allows more creativity within the frame of the shirt.

I have purchased 10 different T shirts of this same style and have been totally satisfied with the shirt quality, size and print. . . However, on this one my 11th purchase, the print is all fuzzy/bubbly and not flat and smooth like all the others. This looks like it will come off in the wash easily and it makes me sad as I got it specially for my daughter to wear to a special occasion. I will still purchase again, but really, quality check at vistaprint should have had it reprinted!

Upon reviewing your previous orders (Gildan® Crewneck T-shirt), we noticed that the most recent shirt (Gildan® Softstyle® Midweight T-Shirt ) is actually a different type of shirt compared to the earlier ones. Differences in fabric composition and material can sometimes affect how the print lays on the surface, which may explain why this one appears more fuzzy or bubbly rather than flat and smooth like your previous purchases. That said, we’d like to take a closer look to be sure. Could you please share clear photos of the recent shirt and one of the previous shirts side-by-side, focusing on the print area? This will help us properly compare and confirm what may have caused the difference. We understand how important this was for your daughter’s special occasion, and we’d love the opportunity to review and assist you further.
