We're extremely sorry to hear about the Gildan® Men’s T-shirt in red and navy colour you received. This is not the Vistaprint experience we want you to have. Allow us to check this for you. Upon checking, the printed white square background on the shirts was part of your uploaded design. If ever you're expecting the background to be the garment colour of the shirt, the original background color from the design should be removed prior to uploading. Furthermore, we highly recommend always checking the product preview to see how the design will look on your product once printed. Although we are aware that this may not be the best answer you were looking for, we sincerely hope that you still find this information helpful.
