There is a very poor method of communicating with this company to clarify recommended changes to uploaded designs. We ordered 3 hoodies and received a recommendation to change the logo slightly on one of the hoodies. There is no way to get a message you want to apply the change to all 3 hoodies (and in fact 7 polo shirts). I did think it would be obvious, given it is a business logo, and approved the change hoping that Vistaprint would have the sense to work that out....but alas not! We now have a different logo on our polo shirts to our hoodies AND 2 of our hoodies don't match the other one. I don't think I'd buy these again on this basis.
