This hoodie came and was of a really good quality and our logo embroidery was great. We will get more of these.

Terrible quality

I purchased two white hoodies and unfortunately, the quality is very poor. The material is extremely thin, to the point where you can clearly see the colour of the t-shirt underneath when wearing them. For the price, I expected a much better fabric weight and finish. Definitely disappointing and not what I was hoping for.

This is very concerning, as the hoodies you ordered are a heavy blend and should be thick and opaque, not thin. We want to investigate this with our quality team immediately. We would like to see an image showing how thin the hoodie is (perhaps with a colored shirt underneath, as you described) including a photo of the label inside the hoodie. Great product, the stitching on the embroidered logo is fantastic. I was definitely dubious about placing this order as I wasn't sure how good the quality would turn out but it's really great. My boyfriend also commented that he loves the actual material of the hoody, its very soft and high quality. He has a new business and his new hoody with his work logo on makes him look very professional and we will definitely be ordering more from VistaPrint!

Hoody quality is poor and thin, zip is cheap and flimsy, embroidery and logo printing quality is very good, overall let down by hoody quality.
