I’m really disappointed with this

I’m really disappointed with this backpack. My son has used it for less than a month and it has already fallen to pieces. The shoulder straps have completely torn off, making the bag unusable. For something meant to be a kids’ school bag, it should be able to handle daily use for much longer than a few weeks. The bag itself looked great when it arrived, but the quality clearly isn’t there. The stitching and durability are very poor, especially around the straps where most of the weight sits. I wouldn’t recommend this product if you’re looking for something that will actually last through normal school use.

3x zip cords fell off after one day of use and the printed logo looks like it would fall off after a week. Have been refunded and VistaPrint addressed my concerns immediately. Thanks VistaPrint!
