I ordered some cards, which unfortunately arrived a bit scuffed. (Could've been printer error, or rubbing in the post, who knows). I didn't kick up a fuss, I just accepted my fate and left an honest review.
The team emailed me, and sent out a new batch without me even asking. Very nice service - which seems to be a rarity these days!
