We ordered some Save the Date cards. Arrived a week later in a rough state from some subpar packaging and or poor handling, couldn’t use them… I reached out to customer service who assured me another replacement order would be sent out and would be with us a week later. That was 3 weeks ago and still haven’t got them. I have used vista print in the past and had a good experience but this will be my last time
