Keyring with Light

We are sorry to hear that while the Keyring with Light was fine, the logo was hard to see. Our review of the design shows that there was a lot of blank space around the image. We recommend that you use the safe margin line (dotted line) as a guide for where to place your image or text. All important details should be within the dotted lines; however, the further away the image or text is, the smaller it will look when printed. Also, we suggest that you download the "PDF proof" of your design before completing the order. This is available in the editing studio, in the upper left corner when you click on the product name. When viewed at 100%, it will show you what the document will look like when printed. We are prepared to assist with a replacement order, and we have made adjustments to the design. The updated version is now in your Shopping Cart. Please take a moment to review the keyring and kindly confirm your approval by replying to this email. If your request is urgent and you need an immediate solution, please reach out to our Customer Support team via www.vistaprint.nz/customer-care/help-center/. We look forward to working with you.

Thank you for sharing your review with us. We acknowledge your feedback, and we are sorry to hear that the writing on your keyring turned out too small to read clearly. Please note that the printable design space for our Keyrings is only 1 cm x 4 cm, so images and text will naturally come out quite small. Details regarding the exact dimensions of the printable area are displayed directly within our Design Studio to help ensure adjustments can be made to your layout before ordering. We highly recommend checking and considering these dimensions for future orders so your design turns out exactly as expected. If you need any assistance adjusting a design or setting up a future order, please feel free to reach out to our team.

We're sorry to hear that the logo was smaller than expected on the keyring ordered. In an effort to ensure your satisfaction we've taken the necessary steps on your account and have sent you an email with the details.
