Loved how easy it was to personalize the phone cover, which was a gift to my husband for his birthday. However, he doesn't use it, which is disappointing. The cover is so smooth that it's hard to get a good grip on the phone when picking it up off his desk at work. It is a work phone and he uses it a lot. It's just too risky that he will drop the phone and smash it. Shame the covers don't have a form of rubber or something around the edge for easy gripping.

Liked the phone case, but the printed images were very dark (under exposed?). Very disappointed.

Your feedback is appreciated, and we do regret to hear the despite liking the phone case, the photos were printed darker than expected. We take feedback seriously and will be happy to offer a resolution for the issue. Upon reviewing the phone case, we do find that the photos uploaded didn't have good lighting and had low resolution. We recommend using photos that have high resolution and taken in bright lighting. An email with more details will be sent to you regarding the resolution taken. We trust this will be helpful.

We currently offer standard and bumper protection options. Our standard clip cases shield your iPhone or Samsung phone from dust, smudges and scratches. Our bumper (tough) option has an additional silicone insert that protects from bumps, drops and shocks (in addition to standard protection). For more details, visit the ‘Options’ tab.

Yes. Our personalised phone covers are easy to put on and take off – but they stay put too.

Yes. These custom phone cases are compatible with all wireless chargers.

Yes. Our standard clip case will cover your entire device (back & sides) except for the on/off and volume buttons, the camera and the space for your charger. Our bumper protection case will cover your phone’s buttons too (but they’ll still be pressable).

You can choose from a matte or glossy finish.

Our custom phone cases are made of durable plastic. The bumper (tough) protection option has an additional inner layer made of silicone.

Use a soft, damp cotton or microfiber cloth to clean your custom phone case. You can also add a drop of dish soap if needed.
