My Previous Pen Was Great, This One Was Ugly

My previous order for a wrap around design for my pen looked beautiful, the design covered the entire pen. This one has white gaps both horizontally and vertically. A massive white gap at the back where the silver clip is. My design is mostly black, so the white at the back looks like shit. I can tell that whoever made my pen had printed my design too small and it left the white plastic showing. I felt sad just looking at it. Here are some comparison photos between the beautiful pen from a previous order.

loved the cards and pens but most importantly how easy the whole process was in regards to designing the card. A++ for my experience i was wondering is there anyway to get a file/pdf file of the logo design for uniform purpose etc
