To provide some clarity on what happened, our printing process is fully automated, which means the system prints the design exactly as it is submitted to us. Furthermore, the final outcome of any printed product will depend entirely on the design that is uploaded. We have checked the design file you submitted for your order, and we can confirm that it did not have any text or elements on it to indicate that it was a gift certificate. In fact, it was the exact same design as your Business Cards. For future orders, we recommend trying our pre-made templates if you do not have your own gift certificate design yet, or submit a design request to our design services. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention.
