If your VistaPrint website subscription has been cancelled, it may be that it is no longer possible to reactivate your subscription. This is due to the fact that we are now offering a new experience to build and maintain your website, Vista x Wix.

All active subscriptions have been upgraded to the new platform in September 2023. Inactive subscriptions have not been upgraded and can not be upgraded retroactively.

If this applies to your subscription, the following message will be displayed on your dashboard:

The product you subscribed to has been retired as of [date] and no further payments are due. You will continue to have access to the subscription and billing history below for your records.
