Don't get white backgrounds on your cards

These are usually great. About 20% of my card fronts have grey smears on them, mainly near the edge. . . . the card fronts are mostly white. They are in matt stock but if you tip the card and get the light on the card on the right angle you can see they have polished bits where they look crushed through rollers resulting in grey smears on the white fronts. Very dissapointing seeing the few left in my last batch are beautiful and fully matt, no polished bits. See image. There is no grey in my file. And each card has it in different places. Not sure I'll buy these again. Not a good look handy over a business card that looks like you spilled something in

I am writing to express my concerns regarding a recent business card order placed through your website.
I chose your service based on the information provided online, which stated that your company is Wellington-based and has a branch in Petone. This local presence was a key factor in my decision to proceed with the order.
However, after completing the purchase, I was informed that delivery would occur within the next couple of days as it was delivered from Australia. This timeline has since extended into several weeks, with the expected delivery date repeatedly changing. To add to the confusion, I received a call from the courier last week stating that they attempted to deliver the cards to the business address printed on the cards. This address is not currently staffed, and it is unclear why the delivery was directed there, as the correct delivery address provided during the order process was different. This situation raises serious concerns about the service adverstised.
