Card was printed incorrectly. Card was to have graphic cut off at sides. Full bleed was sent though with graphic sized to achieve this. Graphic was resized on printed card so there is a margin aside of graphic instead of crop. Cards are unusable.

Colour error TWICE

First time I reodered these cards, they were great. Second time, with the same file for the front, the exact same file, the colour was totally wrong. Asked for a reprint and they said yup, this is a print error, reprinted it, waited another 3 weeks and again, colour was wrong.

Consistent colour reproduction is extremely important, and what you’ve described doesn't reflect the consistency we would want for you. For the best results, we recommend ensuring your artwork uses high-resolution images (at least 300 dpi) and checking colors in CMYK mode, which more accurately represents print colors than RGB. The original sets I got had a dark brown background which looked lovely and warm and represented soil, these are just like the last lot, a deep smoky black with just a hint of brown. Very, very disappointed that you cannot replicate the original colour. I only gave 2 stars as they are free replacement. Please look online at nutridense. nz to see why smoky black is not the colour I am looking for.
