Quality Cards, but Issues with Color and QR Code

Ordered Spot UV Business Cards, and while the quality is nice, there were some issues. The logo color didn't match the card background, even though both were set to 100% black in CMYK. Also, the QR code created through their program directs users through an unintended web page, which I wasn't informed about. Customer service has been contacted—hoping for a resolution.

If you want to take full advantage of the glossy effect, consider making sure the text or image uses a high-contrast colour. If you’re using smaller text or have a monochromatic design, you may want to consider another option.
