Cotton Business Cards

Will try to keep this brief and to the point. The online design was fairly easy but also part of the root cause to the problem as the image displayed was not even a close reflection to the product I received. The quality of the product vs the cost paid for it is most certainly over inflated as I have come to know after this experience as I sourced local manufactured higher quality and at a quarter of the price. After I made it known to Vista that I was not happy at all with the product they first insisted that I signed off and agreed to the product. Then after further arguments they agreed to credited my account so I can re-order a different design or product equal in value from them. I insisted and argued that I will not order online again from them plus wait the 14days for delivery in comparison to 2-3 days if ordered locally. After about 2hrs of correspondence and back and forth arguments to why I should be refunded they agreed leaving a sour taste in my mouth.

It is really disappointing to receive a product I will not be able to use after choosing a company that has a longer delivery time than local business, thinking I would get a better end product. Starting with the paper cuts and rounded edges, they are not neat. The cards are actually damaged and dented from the corner cuts, I would not even give out these cards to customers for an emergency as my Brand would then be connected to low quality & cheap. Design rendition vs final product, the spacing is different on the bottom of the back of the card. The finish shown on design rendition is not at all what the cards look like. I strongly urge Vista print to add a warning for this Cotton Finish that dark coloured background cards will not be readable as the light reflects off the textured concaves which is 80% of the card at different depths and makes those parts bright/reflect light and unreadable in practical human reading angles. My card has a black background so I can quite literally only read the card at a 90 degree (vertically) which would mean the reader needs to bring the card up to eye level, and slanting the card backwards it only becomes readable again at around 22-21 degrees (ie almost flat horizontally) which is also not practical for reading it and this when holding it at a comfortable hand and reading height, which basically in "user experience" & practical measures renders the card useless. I don't even know what to say. I am really disappointed, I have spent money and have nothing to show for it. I await your reply.

I am quite pleased with the business cards except that the phone number on the cards is not very clear and the card is a bit thin. I will change the template next time I order some cards.

The paper stock has a nice finish although I wish it was heavier/thicker. The rounded corners are badly cut and flat instead of rounded which ruins the design and makes them look budget.
