Crikey - my brochures came blank - looks like I paid $60.00 for blank brochures. I am a regular customer, know what to do on your site. I uploaded my changes, dropped them into my brochure, SAVED my edits, APPROVED my changed - but now I see your system did not transfer those changes on the ordering page and I did not pick this up. Why was this sent or not picked up???

Upon checking your account and order history, we can confirm that the order was submitted with blank brochures on September 29th. Because our printing process is fully automated, orders are printed and delivered exactly as submitted in the system. Based on your design version history, we can see that the custom edits were added on October 6th, confirming that the design was blank at the time the order was placed on September 29th. As a valued regular customer, we want to make sure you have the printed materials you need! As a one-time courtesy, we have processed a complimentary replacement order containing your updated design under your original order number. A separate email with live tracking details will be sent to you as soon as your new brochures ship out. Please feel free to dispose of or recycle the blank brochures you received. The dimensions refer to the size of the paper after it’s been folded. For example, a DL leaflet with a tri-fold option is an A4 sheet folded to create a total of 6 printable sections (3 per side).

No. We’ll fold your brochures for you before we send them out – they’ll
arrive pre-folded and ready for use.

Yes. Our glossy and matte papers are coated on both sides, so you can write on them with a permanent marker. Our recycled uncoated paper can be written on with any type of pen.

We accept .pdf, .ai, .jpeg, .png, .doc and .ppt.

Sure! We recommend you keep these three tips in mind while designing
your brochures.
• 2 fonts or less. A lot of text styles will not only make a design look less
professional – it also makes it much harder for someone to read and easily
understand.
• Make the most of your headline space. You only have a few seconds to get
someone’s attention. Write a headline that is simple, clear and easy to read.
• A photo goes a long way. You know the expression about a picture being
worth 1,000 words? It’s true. A dense page full of text can be intimidating – use
a great photo to help tell your story and invite a reader in.

Depending on the size and fold of your brochures, you may be able to
choose from the following paper stocks and weights:

Glossy: Budget (130 gsm), standard (150 gsm), premium (250 gsm)
Matte: Budget (130 gsm), standard (150 gsm), premium (250 gsm)
Recycled Uncoated: Budget (110 gsm), standard (150 gsm), premium (250 gsm)
