Very disappointed. The third batch, which arrived a month and a half after my initial order, is faulty again following two previous faulty deliveries. The color mode was not respected: there is too much blue and the saturation is far too strong. It looks nothing like the mock-up or the mug I previously ordered, which came out great. While the after-sales customer service has been responsive, it doesn’t make up for the production team repeatedly failing to deliver the correct result. Overall, this has been a frustrating waste of time and money, and I won’t be ordering again.

Once you’ve uploaded your artwork or logo, our design studio will automatically create a custom cutline with options to also customise the background colour. If you have any questions, click “We’re here to help” in the bottom right corner and you’ll be able to send one of our designers your image along with some notes. You’ll receive a custom design within 4 hours. Once you’re happy with it, we’ll handle the rest – professionally printing and shipping your order.

Kiss-cut stickers have a visible backing around the actual sticker. Die-cut stickers are precisely cut to their exact shape, so they won’t have a visible backing.

Our holographic material has a glossy finish, while our clear and white vinyl materials have a matte finish.

Our stickers are designed to be fade-resistant for 1-3 years. We’ve added a special lamination to protect them from damage caused by scratches, water and tearing.

Yes, our stickers are finished with a special laminate that protects them from wind, rain and sunlight. Our stickers are 0.1 mm thick.

For best results, we recommend that you apply your die-cut stickers to a clean, smooth and dry surface. Once the sticker is on your item, it will stay there (and look great) even if it comes in contact with liquids – but when you’re putting the sticker on, it’s important that the surface is dry.
