Production
Your order is scheduled for production based on the items you selected and your chosen delivery method.
Customisation and packaging
Our team customises your items and carefully packages them at the production plant to prepare them for delivery.
Package pickup
Once your order is ready, we arrange for it to be picked up from the production plant by the delivery carrier.
Shipping confirmation
As soon as your order ships, we send you a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. In some cases, orders may ship earlier than expected if production finishes ahead of schedule.
Delivery
One of our trusted delivery partners brings your order to your delivery address.
