Customised Cap - Shape?

I ordered a customised cap and was disappointed with the overall shape and structure. It isn’t a proper baseball cap — the front is very flat and sits too low, so it doesn’t hold its form at all. Because of this, the fit and look just aren’t what I expected. On a positive note, the print quality on the cap is very good. However, the cap itself needs better structure and shape to match the quality of the customisation.

I had sent an email asking for a new one as in the picture it had a white background of our logo and when it arrived it only had black and you can hardly see it. The gift is for someone tomorrow.
