We are a small cultural museum in the suburb of New Lynn in Auckland, NZ. we use our business cards to promote the museum, the mugs we will be selling in the museum as a reminder of who and what we are for those who have visited us. The postcards are another visual reminder we hope will be posted around NZ and overseas to promote the museum.
I ordered my first set of business cards and was very happy with the layout on the front. I also like the linen and rounded corners. On the reverse however it was a very different experience. The font that was used was the default font and on my computer looed fine. On arrival however the writing is not legible. I am now ordering my second set of cards to replace the first lot using a very different font.

gsm not quality was told to add more on option which cost more- meaning cards wear over 43 for 250 not impressed will stick to original ore raised finish

I loved the old standard matte finish and would never purchase anywhere else. Received my cards today, expecting matte, and they now have a sheen to them. Called customer service and apparently this is the new matte. They have added a new film to them which takes away that lovely matte finish. This has not been communicated on their page so do not expect to receive a matte finish. Otherwise, cards were of usual good quality, shame.
