What happens after I place my order?

After we receive your order:

• We send you an Order Confirmation email with the details of your order.
• If you notice anything in the order confirmation that isn't how you expected it, contact us right away, so we can make it right. 
• Our system automatically schedules the production of your items. The production is prioritised based on the products you ordered and your delivery selection. 
• Our team members at our production facility select and customise your item(s) and package your order for delivery.

Once your order has been produced and is ready to be shipped:

• We arrange for your package to be picked up from our production facility.
• Once the order is shipped, we send you a Shipping Confirmation email with information about the delivery of your order. 
• Your order is delivered by one of our delivery partners.

Please note that occasionally, orders may ship early, as your order may be prioritised and printed earlier than requested.
