Small sizing - shrinks horribly when washed

My embroidered shirt arrived with an oil/grease stain on the front, that even after washing doesn't come out. Worse of all, these sizes are way out. Ordered my usual size, but it is at least 2 sizes too small, and then when it was washed, it shrunk even further! Unwearable now. Complained re grease stain so another coming in one size larger, but concerned that that one will shrink to an unwearable size too. I have bought shirts from you before and your previous supplier was was closer to the size than this one. Never ordering clothing items from Vistaprint again.
