Robert Keane
Robert Keane

Robert Keane is the president and CEO of Vistaprint, the company he founded in 1995 to provide small businesses with everything they need to market their business. Bringing knowledge in direct marketing, desktop publishing, manufacturing operations and strategy, Robert has led Vistaprint to the success it has achieved to date.

A veteran of the small business market, Robert's vision for Vistaprint emerged from his experience with the development of a retail kiosk design and printing system and from his in-depth knowledge of the small business desktop publishing software market.

Robert previously served as an external consultant to Microsoft with the Microsoft Publisher desktop publishing product team for whom he researched and advised on the graphic design and printing needs of small businesses in Europe. He earned his B.A. in Economics from Harvard College in Cambridge, Mass. and his M.B.A. from INSEAD in Fontainebleau, France.

Wendy Cebula
Wendy Cebula
Chief Operating Officer
Director, Management Board

Wendy Cebula joined Vistaprint in October 2000 and currently serves as chief operating officer. In this role, she is responsible for overseeing Vistaprint’s North American and European business units as well as global capabilities, manufacturing strategy and marketing planning and integration, Prior to assuming her current role, Wendy served as president of Vistaprint’s North American business unit. Prior to that Wendy served as CIO and in other executive capacities.

Before joining Vistaprint, Wendy was the director of database marketing and analysis at MotherNature.com. Prior to that she worked in marketing analytics and management at Partner's First, a direct to consumer financial services company.

Wendy earned a B.S. degree in Finance at Rochester Institute of Technology in 1993.

Don Nelson
Don Nelson
Chief Information Officer

Don Nelson joined Vistaprint in 2006 and currently serves as chief information officer. In this role, he is responsible for the global Capabilities team that combines people, process, and technology to deliver strategic business outcomes in areas such as automated manufacturing, dynamic marketing, optimized supply chain and logistics, web experience, and technical operations. Prior to assuming the role of chief information officer in 2008, Don served as senior vice president of Capabilities Development for the company.

Before joining Vistaprint, Don was the chief information officer at Sapient, where he started in 1993 as a software engineer. In his thirteen years at Sapient, Don had direct responsibility for leading organizations focused on delivering solutions to Fortune 500 clients.

Don earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science at Gordon College in 1990.

Nick Ruotolo
President, Europe

Nick Ruotolo joined Vistaprint in February 2005 and currently serves as president of the European business unit, where he oversees business unit planning, strategy, finance, legal, HR and marketing. Prior to assuming the role in November of 2010, Nick served as chief marketing officer of Vistaprint’s European business unit.

Before joining Vistaprint, Nick served as vice president consulting services at Enterprise Marketing Solutions, Inc. where he managed the company’s consulting division and launched eInsights, the company’s web analytics service. He also spent four years with the Home Shopping Network, where he held several executive positions in marketing ultimately becoming senior vice president/general manager of HSN.com. Nick began his professional career at AT&T Labs as a business analyst supporting marketing initiatives across the company. He went on to hold senior management positions in strategic planning and marketing at AT&T Consumer Services.

Nick received a B.S. in Managerial Economics from Carnegie Mellon University.

Tryna Shineman
Trynka Shineman
President, North America

Trynka Shineman joined Vistaprint in March 2004 and currently serves as president of the North American business unit. Trynka brings over 15 years of experience in market research and analysis, strategic planning, database marketing and e-commerce to Vistaprint. In her role, she oversees the planning, strategy, finance, legal, HR and marketing for the North American business unit. Prior to assuming her current role in November of 2010, Trynka served as chief marketing officer of Vistaprint’s North American business unit.

Before joining Vistaprint, Trynka served as a director and senior manager for PreVision Marketing, an Inc 500 and Software 500 innovator in the direct marketing field where, during her eight year tenure with the company, she developed programs for several major accounts.

Trynka holds a Bachelor of Arts in psychology from Cornell University, and a Masters of Business Administration degree from Columbia Business School.

Ernst Teunissen
Ernst Teunissen
Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer

Ernst Teunissen joined Vistaprint in October 2009 and currently serves as the company’s executive vice president and chief financial officer. In this role, Ernst oversees the worldwide finance operation with responsibility for the company’s accounting and control; corporate strategy; financial planning and analysis; investor relations; and tax and treasury operations.

Before joining Vistaprint, Ernst was a founder and director of two corporate finance and management consultant firms: Manifold Partners from May 2007 through September 2009 and ThreeStone Ventures Limited from June 2003 through September 2009. From August 1999 to February 2003, he served as an executive director in Morgan Stanley’s Investment Banking Division in London. From February 1997 to July 1999, he was a senior associate director in Deutsche Bank’s Investment Banking Division in London and Singapore.

Ernst holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Oregon and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Nijenrode University, The Netherlands School of Business.

Management Board and Supervisory Board

Vistaprint N.V. has a two tiered board structure that is typical for publicly traded Dutch companies, which consists of a management board and a supervisory board. These two boards are responsible for the corporate governance structure of the company and compliance with the Dutch corporate governance code.

The role of the management board is to manage the company, which means, among other things, that it is responsible for achieving the company’s aims, strategy and policy, and results. The management board is accountable for this to the supervisory board and to the general meeting of shareholders.

The role of the supervisory board is to supervise the policies of the management board and the general affairs of the company and its affiliated enterprise, as well as to assist the management board by providing advice.
